We utilize the latest digital surveillance equipment throughout the perimeter of our Henderson StorageOne Horizon & Sandy Ridge location. Flatbed carts and convenient freight elevators are readily available to provide a comfortable experience while transporting your personal property to and from our facility. 18 wheelers have full capacity to load and unload for those big out of state moves. Please be advised that PODS and other temporary storage containers are not allowed on property to keep the aisles open for all tenants.

StorageOne offers easy month-to-month leases for our individually alarmed, air cooled units with access 7 days a week. For your added protection, we also offer tenant property insurance.

Property Insurance

We offer Bader insurance, an easy and low-cost coverage option to help you store with peace of mind. For your convenience, all claims are handled in-house. We also offer larger options to cover RV storage. Ask the manager for details about insurance coverage for your stored items.

Some form of protection is required.

Insurance is non-refundable.

*Minimum coverage required for 10x20 and larger units is $23 per month ($3,000 coverage)
